Your participation in this study will last approximately 16 to 19 months, from your first prenatal visit to 12 months postpartum.

You will also be asked to complete a questionnaire at 6 different times during the study. Each questionnaire will take about 60 minutes, for a total of up to 6 hours for all questionnaires.

If you are assigned to Group 1, you will attend your individually scheduled prenatal and postpartum visits with a midwife or obstetrician, as usual care; visit length ranges from 10 to 45 minutes.

If you are in the Group 2, each prenatal or postpartum visit with other pregnant people will take 2 to 2.5 hours.
